We own a cinema hall in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It has a spacious 3,000 square meter open area in front, a 1,500 square meter covered building, and 800 square meters of open space surrounding it. We’re considering selling the property. Is it possible to sell the property in parts, like the front open land separately, and the remaining building and cinema hall together? If so, where do we need to apply for permissions? If not, do we still need any permissions before selling the entire property in one go?
