My husband wishes to relinquish his share in our ancestral property and other inheritance, including both land and belongings. What steps are involved in doing this? Can we simply send an affidavit to his siblings declaring his share is being transferred to them? May 12, 2023

My family, including my three siblings, are Hindus. Our father sold our ancestral farm without any of our signatures. We secured a stay order from the Gujarat High Court to protect our property, but it’s only valid till March 31st, 2017. Do we need another stay order after that? May 12, 2023
