Ramu, a man from a village in India, had three sons (Raju, Rakesh, and Ramesh) with his first wife, Sita, who passed away. Ramu later married Geeta and they had a daughter (Reena) and a son (Ravi). Sadly, Ramu has also passed away. Ramu owned 10 acres of land, but he didn’t leave a will. How should this land be divided amongst his surviving family members?
In the absence of a will, Ramu's land will be divided according to the Hindu Succession Act. His sons, Raju, Rakesh, and Ramesh, will inherit a share of the land equally, as will his daughter, Reena. Ravi, being Ramu's son with his second wife, will also inherit an equal share.
