I’m Ankit from Surat, Gujarat. I’ve been running Muskan Synthetics here since 2002. Recently, on July 19th, 2016, I received a notice claiming I’m infringing on a trademark because another company, Muskan Fashion, is registered. Both our businesses are in textiles, but our products are different, and we don’t compete. I have 10 days to respond. What should I do? I need your advice on how to proceed.
