My wife left me, taking our two children with her. We were living with my family then. She filed a complaint against me and my mother with the women’s cell in Nagpur. We were called in, and she withdrew the complaint. However, she still refuses to return and is now pressuring me. I agreed to her demand for a separate rented apartment. We married on June 13th, 2009. Our children were born on March 15th, 2010, and November 16th, 2011. Her parents, who don’t have a son, seem to have their eyes set on our children.

Yes, you can take legal action against the builder. The illegal basement servant quarter, extra charges, delayed handover, and exorbitant interest rates are all violations of consumer rights and potentially Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations. You can seek compensation for financial losses, penalties for illegal construction, and legal action against the builder for breach of contract.
