My neighbor’s shop is charging customers unfairly. Can I use their shop name (not their logo) on my website to tell people they can check if they’re being charged correctly? Would that be illegal? I just want to help customers get a fair deal. How can I do this right?

You can file a First Information Report (FIR) at the HAL police station, providing details of the incident, your injuries, and the names of the accused. Supporting medical documents for your brother-in-law’s fracture and your eye injury are required. Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code deals with causing grievous hurt, and it is a non-bailable offense.
