My family owns several properties, some in my name, some to be inherited from my father. I want to consolidate ownership and have all these properties registered under my name. I’d like to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my wife, clearly stating that she’ll inherit these properties only after my passing. What’s the procedure for doing this?
