My aunt passed away a year ago, and I’m getting married to her widower. It’s a cultural tradition, and I love his children as my own. He’s been a wonderful husband and father for 20 years. He’s been incredibly supportive of me and even feels like a father to my daughter. He’s 45, and I’m 25. I’m a US citizen, but I’m unsure if the consulate will approve our marriage. While age gaps are common in our culture, I’m concerned about its impact on the paperwork process.

Under Indian law, you can’t claim the remaining medical expenses from your bike insurance. Your health insurance is the primary coverage for medical expenses. Since you already claimed from your health insurance, you can’t claim the same expenses again from your bike insurance, even if it’s for the same incident.
