I purchased a 5-year club membership with Azure Vacations in Mahabaleshwar for ₹50,000. They promised 7 nights of stay at their affiliated hotels worldwide and an additional 7 nights for the first year, starting January 2016. However, the promised benefits haven’t materialized. Despite multiple emails and calls, I haven’t received any response, and all their numbers seem disconnected. What can I do to get a full refund?
