My family owns ancestral land in Nanded district. Our neighbor illegally sold a portion of our land, claiming it as their own. Though we fought the case, we unfortunately lost. My father, who initiated the suit, has passed away. Now, I have about 10 guntha of land left that’s free of any claims. Can I sell, lease, or rent this land without any legal issues? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
