It’s been over four months now, and despite my repeated attempts to reach them, they’re not responding to my calls, texts, or emails. Could you advise me on how to proceed in this situation?

Based on Indian law, your employment is legally with the unregistered partnership firm, despite the firm’s arrangement with the Income Tax Department. You are not directly employed by the department.
