Eligibility
Additional Qualification: LL.M./C.S./B.ComThe candidate should have the necessary in-depth knowledge and proven experience in financial services in India. Must be updated with the new enactments, amendments and particularly to the regulatory framework, administered by SEBI, RBI and IRDA (FEMA would be an added advantage).Experience 8 years plusExperience in Litigation matters and Non-Litigation matters: Litigation: 30%, Non-Litigation: 70%
